Hemming affecting Fit?

Before buying a pair of TRs i was thinking about whether hemming the jeans would affect the fit. The pair of TRs i want has an inseam of 34.5 and i need it to be hemmed to 32. From what i know honeycombs should be around the back of the knee and if i hem it by 2.5 inches, would the honeycombs rest too low below my knees and look wierd?

the honeycombs aren't moving. if they don't hit in the right place to begin with, they still won't. if they do hit in the right place, they still will.... nothing is happening to the leg except the very bottom

hemming only affects what's near the bottom of the leg opening, nothing else.
all of the other distressing is going to land in the very same place it did before you hemmed.

to further my answer..... absolutely people who are very short and need things mega-hemmed look ridiculous in jeans with heavy back-of-knee distressing that hits nowhere near their knee but where that distressing falls has not one thing to do with the hemming

Well from my experience, with 32'' inseam, the honeycombing should be fine and around the knee.
