i wear size 30 r&r, they fit nice a little tight though. i also wear size 30 guess jeans they are loose, i can wear shorts under and they still fit but they arent to the point where its baggy. im debating whether to get size 28 or 29 trues.. i dont want it to be baggy.. i'd rather have it tight than baggy cause i can always stretch it later, right? correct me if im wrong

I am not familiar with the "storm rider" wash so I can't say how it tends to run.
