I have this pair of jeans but I Can't identify model of this vintage Lee jeans, may be it's Japan Limited Edition?
Tags inside say made in USA.

At zipper have abbreviation YKK, as I know it's japan brand of zipper - YKK by (Yoshida Kogyo Kabushikikaisha).
