Seasons greetings AFers!
Contemplating on purchasing a pair of rickys online.
I'm usually about sz 28s with my other trues in joeys, how do rickys compare to joeys in terms of sizing?
Also, is the price of the TRs a reflection of quality and craftsmanship over another TR? and How to tell a good quality of TRs?

TIA!

You will most likely wear the same size in Ricky as you do Joey but they have a completely different fit. They are looser in the thigh area and have a straight leg instead of a flare/bootcut. Of course sizing depends on the wash/fabric content just like with Joey's.

As far as quality, try to stay away from the straight-to-discount pairs. The quality is not nearly as nice as the full retail pairs. You can usually tell which ones are S2D by the blue stitching on the back waistband label rather then the typical red. And they will usually say 'straight' instead of Ricky.
