The key to putting outfits together is knowing the basic function of fit/cut/color/etc. But what makes them stand out is that artistic eye! Those people ARE good!

It also helps when you have a good looking model (young or old) than can look great in the clothes as well.

You know with Black Skinny Jeans coming back into fashion, stirrups are really not much different. I would not be surprised those came back into fashion some time soon (I can imagine Victoria Beckham sporting some stirrups!)
