Not sure if this was mentioned anywhere but USPS put a hold on internet shipping to Russia from the US except for First Class. You will have to go into the PO to ship any other method until the hold is lifted.

Well, this just sucks and is getting me scared for the real future of USPS... :madbeating

this was always the case until recently. Prior to the past year or so you had to take packages into the post office for Russia and a few other countries. Not exactly sure why but it was only recently that they allowed online shipping for these packages.

I have been able to ship online always (through eBay).

You must be special. Only in the past year have you been able to print Express to russia.
