For you guys who train with main focus on hypertrophy, how do you program progression for main lifts and isolation lifts? I have been doing RP style volume ramping for 4-5 months now, i did really enjoy it, but feelt pretty trashed after 1/0 rir weeks at the end of the mesocycles. Now im thinking about going back to a static set volume, and only increase when lifts stalls and more volume is needed to drive more progression.
So i need some ideas to progression schemes for hypertrophy.
