hey guys i recently bought a PRL big pony polo on ebay and i just got it today and i'm kind of suspicious and i really need your help on this one guys as i am not that experienced with pointing out fake Polo's.. the seller has 100% positive feedback and has sold a lot of Polo's (basically all they sell)

  • the tag is a very slight different shade of blue
  • the "h" in Ralph and the "L" in Lauren are basically touching eachother
  • man on pony is poorly stitched in some spots

  • the number 3 on the right sleeve is higher up compared to the number 3 on my other authentic ralph lauren polo
  • the number three's stitching on the suspect ralph lauren polo is a thinner than the authentic one i have

these are some pics of a tag from the black on black authentic polo i have and also a picture of the number 3 on an authentic navy/yellow polo i have

as you can see the tag's shade of blue on this authentic is different then the suspect one i just posted above AND the "h" in Ralph and the "L" in Lauren AREN'T touching each other in this one AND this authentic one has the word "POLO" all the way to the left compared to the suspect on that has the word "POLO" more centered

as you can see the number 3's stitching is a bit thicker and a lot closer to the hem on the arm (u can see where a piece of the sleeve hem starts on the very bottom of this pic)

i don't know if the black and yellow one (suspect one) is like an older release or something and maybe that's why the tag is a slightly different shade of blue and also why the "h" in Ralph and the "L" in Lauren are basically touching each other. PLEASE HELP GUYS :(
