[Trionalaw]

I purchased this trenchcoat picture below for myself when I realized the new Burberry my wife bought for me a few years ago (single breasted whatever you call it) was not all cotton. As we all know, polyester causes rashes.

This coat certainly looks and feels authentic to me. The only all cotton trench type coat (single breasted again) was a Wright & Peel I bought in 1980. It was an unbelievable coat. I literally wore it until it was in tatters. Not really, I grew out of it and gave it to one of my brother-in-law's.

When I received it December 24, 2012, I did not open the box. I waited until Christmas morning. Later that day one of my daughters pointed out the label said "Burberrys" rather than "Burberry." I did learn that around 1999 or so the name was changed to the latter after being the former. That sort of assuage my fear but I wanted to be certain.

Seller recently advised me his father bought the coat new at Burberry's when in London several years ago. At that time the price was $1000!
