I bought this dress at the Club Monaco store a few months ago in Taipei 101 when I was in Asia for NTD$4590, which is about US$140. It's a gorgeous red super soft jersey strapless bubble dress. Across the top: 12 inches unstretched, 14+ stretched (there's a flat elastic inside the top)
Top to bottom: ~28 inches, but the bubble hem makes it hard to measure
