I recently bought my husband a merino wool sweater from banana republic. after he wore it the first time, i took it to the drycleaner (last wk sometime). I picked it up a few days ago and finally took it out of the bag yesterday only to find a big hole in the left arm! I'm sure I could probably have a good tailor stitch it up but since it's woven it will probably look funny. Do I have any recourse with my drycleaner? I'm not even sure what to tell them or ask for, since I know many of them claim they have no responsibility for what happens to clothing while in their possession. I'm doubly mad because BR is now sold out of the size/style I bought him :mad: HELP!!

Take it back to the cleaners & tell them to fix it. They usually have seamstress services. If they won't don't do business with them anymore.
