38 relaxed my all time favorite jeans.

36 relaxed a little tight in the front yet. Another 10 lbs or so and they'll be nice.

38 austyn a little tighter in the legs than I'm used to but not bad.

Size up and take in the waist if necessary.

Pull down the pants it looks suffocating. Perhaps you should consider mid to high rise denim as well. Don't tuck your tee.
