i got my regular size in them and they are more loose then i'd like for them to be... and since they are really lightweight and stretchy, i have a feeling they would stretch out quite a bit....

if i try to shrink these, will they stretch back out? Or should i try to find a smaller size?

I vote for getting a smaller size. I would get a smaller size if I could; shrinking them/having them altered is no fun.
