That's quite alright, I thought as much. I'm surprised, however, that people in the US are not permitted to sell body parts. Sure there might be problems or issues but that can be said with anything.

People do sell their hair, eggs and sperm, all legally. Legally speaking, perhaps I could sell my hair and 'give' my kidney away for free. It just so happens my hair would cost $500,000. Hmmm, I can see it now: "Anyone buying one ounce of Grade B sperm for the regular price of $390,000 get absolutely free, this lovely left arm, from magnificent shoulder to the tip of the sensitive and caring hand." Hmmm, interesting...
