I found it at my local Goodwill. The homes surrounding the Goodwill are all million dollar homes, so it is possible that a richer family had donated it. I bought it for $15.99. There are no markings on the outside of the bag that showed it was Coach, so I was pleasantly surprised when I opened it and saw the Coach tag hanging off the zipper. I became suspicious though, thinking it was too good to be true.

The stamp reads, "THIS IS A COACH BAG. IT IS MADE OUT OF A COMPLETELY NATURAL GLOVE TANNED COWHIDE. THE SCARS, SCRATCHES, VEINS AND WRINKLES ARE NATURAL CHARACTERISTICS OF FULL GRAIN LEATHERS. MADE IN NEW YORK CITY, U.S.A."

If it measures about 11 by 8 inches it's a genuine City Bag from around 1987. If it's smaller, I need measurements to ID it.
