Difficult to tell without a "fuller" length body shot, which includes the shoes and up to at least your shoulders/torso.

I think it's important to look at the clothing piece with respect to the entire body, not just a body part... if that makes any sense.

:( no i really cant unfortunately .... do they look.... wrong?
from the shots provide they don't look fantastic to me. They do look ok though. Plus you said the waist was to big for you so I don't think you feel comfortable in them ... or at least not as comfortable as you would with a pair that the waist fits better.

Maybe some fit advice then...

This is the problem... my waist says I need a 32/33... but my legs are 25+ inches and my around my ass is 37

So far the two pairs I have posted today (and one pair of Peoples Liberation) are the Best I've been able to find :(

I lift, I do a lot of squats, and my legs and ass are big for my size and thats the problem... and for reference my inseam is 29" on the Peoples I just had hemmed which fit perfectly

I also have issues with diesels fitting my thighs. I need at least 25+ in. for my thighs too. I also wear a 32 in waist. The best jeans I have foud that fir that criteria in diesel are the Kajo, Koffha, and the Woodley. Hope this helps
