my opinion is authentic. Most of the hats are made in China.so overall in your opinion is this hat authentic even though its made in china?
and also is this hat a new style or old? because of the differences between the "tm"
the OP already purchased the hat and probably took that tag off themselves.the tags dont show microstitching and theres suppose to be a tag of a panther. Plus that ed hardy tag beside it,
I don't think the lower stitch is a good indicator of authenticity. I found 2 hats on the site w/ lower stitch:I've sold all my hats and unfortunately i never took tag pics of them but the next time i get one i will take a tag pic. Even if EH hats are made in China you can't deny that this hat is off compared to authentic ones (ie. EH sig is stitched lower, missing 2 more lines of stitching below the EH sig, and the crappy hologram sticker).
I don't think those two hats are a good comparison because they aren't rhinestone hats. Yes the sig is lower on those hats but maybe its because they have the design running down the hat. If you compare the OP rhinestone hat to all the other rhinestone hats on their site you won't find one that has the sig placed that far down from the cap.I don't think the lower stitch is a good indicator of authenticity. I found 2 hats on the site w/ lower stitch:
Ed Hardy Specialty Zodiac Cap, Aries
Ed Hardy Specialty Corduroy Cap, Dragon-Pink/Light Blue
its hard to see it on the dragon hat but that stitch is definitely lower.
Ya the hats i had also have the Ed Hardy by Christan Audigier w/ microstitch on the back.yeah I have never seen that tag on em.
The majority of the hats I have seen at the Melrose store have the 2 black tags.
One says Ed Hardy by Christan Audigier - on the back is microstitch. On the other tag it has the material content and they say made in China.
Do the hats you have have the Ed Hardy by Christan Audigier w/ microstitch on the back or just that made in the USA tag?
