I specifically state on all my auctions that I only ship within the US. I have a winning bidder who lives outside of the US. I've contacted them and told them this.
My question is, can I re-post my item right away? Should I advise Ebay first so I can get my fees back?

Why don't you bock bidders that live in countries you do not ship to??
Thats a pretty easy setting to fix:magwink

^^ Thank you! Is there a way to automatically block everyone who bids that fit a certain criteria, or is it something that needs to be done for each auction? Sorry, I never knew there was such a feature and don't know where it's located. I appreciate the help.

Thanks for your help luvapup, I found the feature and updated it. Hopefully, this will no longer be an issue for me.
