OK so I "got had" LOL Weird thing is there was NO POSTAGE on the envelope and the seller only lives about 2 hrs away. So now I am in a WWYD situation. I don't want someone to go crazy but I really don't want fake jeans! LOL The seller said they were real and has a return but now I can't get her to email me back. Also had problems and it took over 2 weeks for "shipping"

Oh and they are fake b/c of the U.S.A and the crappy silver stitching and a GIANT tr patch on the back

Was this an ebay transaction? Did you pay through Paypal with a credit card?

Was there a printed off Paypal label on the package or just your address written on the package? With the cost of gas it seems weird that someone would make a 4 hour trip to personally deliver a package unless they were going to be in town anyway. It doesn't matter that they live close to you - file a paypal report. They are probably hoping that if they ignore you you will go away.

What kind of report i'd file depends on whether there is tracking on the package though, in this case :magwink
