and if for some reason it ends up being the power company's fault you should tell your brother to file a claim for the diminished value of his car since it is so new and if your state allows such claims.

Those poles are expensive to replace if power company goes after you. At that point you'd need an itemized stmt from the power company as to cost of replacement...a lawyer can help him with settling with the power company if they bill him or initiate some sort of action. I'd get a lawyer

It was not an Internet lesson. You have come this far, I am assuming that you know how to use the Internet.

The problem is you do not seem to be able to solve a simple problem on your own.
That's cool, your parents probably have a really nice basement you can live in for the rest of your life.

Sure dude. Take your applause, pat yourself on the back. Whatever makes you feel better. All one has to do is look at all your past threads to see, you don't just drop it. Sure, once someone else stops, you'll pretend you're too good for it too. Anyone with half a brain sees through it. You enter every argument you can, if there's nothing there, you'll start it. You'll ride something until it dies... cause it's all you have....

Excellent. You are totally right, it did take someone with half a brain if to come to this conclusion. Congrats for coming up with that all by yourself. :thumbsup
