Here's the problem the jeans are listed as a size 33 but on the tag labeled seat it says size 34, seems like a really odd mistake

The "seat" is the inseam length, not the size. The size is 33, says so right in the first picture you posted of the inside tag.

Oh ok, obviously I'm not familiar with this particular brand, I thought it meant the size

Sometimes it'll have a number next to "row"...this is the size. If there is no number next to row, but there is next to "seat," the size is on the tag (note that this is for men's pairs only...women's will have no row or seat numbers).

Also the tag that list the seat looks like paper instead of a cloth. Patch, does that sound normal?
