These run small. I would say best for a tts 26. They are tagged a 28, but these will not even fit a 27 IMO. I purchased these at TJMAXX and they have one blemish near the zipper as indicated in the picture. The wash is more of a black to me. Irregular stamp on the inside (see picture). The white spots are from the camera, not the jeans.
