Edit: Check sizing though, waist is quoted as 14.5" which seems a little on the large side for a 23 or even a 24 for that matter!:IDK

So they would surprisingly fit me although (according to the stated measurements) my tightest pair of R&R's are aligned 14.5/unaligned 14 - so that makes me a "small" 26 I guess. Still how r 23's ever gonna slide over my ass? :bigeyes

Anyone know if that would work? All the threads seems to suggest sizing .5 down only.

BTW, the waist is larger because these are SUPER LOW RISE.
IMO they will fit a 24 only.

Mine are 25 and I am usually 26 in R&R. They are also stretchy. Beware of the super low rise .

They are surprisingly stretchy
But they don't stretch out to the point of saggy butt syndrome! At least my pair didn't.
The denim is super soft too.

I would buy them again, but I just can't do the super low rise because of my super long torso :rofl

btw - they're not 100% cotton - R&R doesn't make 100% cotton blends for women.

edit - oh the bright person listing them wrote 100% cotton in the description - but like you can see on the tag pic - it's 60% cotton/40% expand.
