These are Julie Womens. It's 99% cotton and 1% elastine. So, will these be more rigid than my regular 2% stretch TRs?

:rofl I was about to say that I've never seen the colorful "flag" on tags before, then read the size comment. Those are real, I believe they *might* be lonestar wash, but I've forgotten a lot of washes in the last couple years.

ETA: As for rigidity, it just depends. I have some 1% pairs that are stretchier than my 2% pairs. I had a pair of billys in that wash (whatever it is called :rofl), and they were pretty thick/stretchy. Definitely hugged my curves.
