Get a refund! 3 out of 5 are fake for sure (right pair in 1st pic, both pairs in 3rd pic).
The 4th pair may be fake as well.

Seller states sale is final, no refunds as he is not sure of authenticity. eBay policy however does not allow the sale of counterfeit merchandise and ignorance isn't a valid excuse. PayPal will refund your $$$ if the seller won't cancel the sale. In the future you should check before buying/bidding.
