glad i was reading through some of the posts on here! I already bought the second one and thought it was real, but I was looking at the first one and it seem odd at a few places. Thanks for clarifying!

I assumed this was a fake also because of the 30 inseam on a NWT.

edit - those actually look good to me. Sometimes people get their jeans hemmed before taking their tags off.. or they make returns to the stores after hemming and the store will put tags back on them and sell them.. or they're not new at all but people lie and think they can get away with calling something new b/c they'll attach tags back on again.. etc etc. many scenarios!

Not necessarily. You can buy NWT jeans from places like Nordstrom Rack that have been previously altered. It's also possible the seller bought them and had them altered before taking any of the tags off and now they don't want them (basically what Carol added)
