What are the qualifications for premium jeans or can you tell me why Miss Me is not considered "premium" and what is the differences? What about rock revival are they considered premium they are quite expensive.

No, Rock Revival isn't either. First of all, Miss Me just started marking up their prices within the past few years. I used to see them at cheap little boutiques for $20-$30 before a lot of people started wearing them. They are still made with the same low quality materials as they were back then. Same with Rock Revival. Both are tacky brands. Their prices still aren't "premium," though. Premium is still pricier.

Basically any denim brands sold at high end dept stores (Saks, Neimans, etc.) are considered premium brands.
