Was just informed I'm being treated to a 2 day Casino/Spa trip. I'm totally not prepared & have not even a 1/2 before we depart. The gesture is awesome, as is my BF, but I've not been it that league for quite some time. I love poker, but that's too serious & lengthy (I save that for late night on-line "fun money play") so Roulette it is. How about some input on FAVE #'s? :jumping I realy need the Spa

Pai Gow. You don't win a lot or lose a lot but you don't have to really think to hard either.

Gambling tip 1: don't gamble.

That being said, I am a roulette addict. I play only the inside, $10 minimum tables, exactly 10 chips split between 20 numbers. The same numbers every time. I usually end up about dead even, with 4-5 hours of entertainment and free drinks.

My roulette numbers are: 0/00, 4/7, 10/13, 16/19, 23/24, 11/14, 17/20, 2/5, 12/15, and usualy split one on the 31/32/33 range. I hate the higher end of the board though. This way, you have slightly over a 50% chance of winning each time (38 numbers, you're covering 20). Payout on a split is 17, so if you win, you make your money back plus 7 chips (I usually always tip the dealer 1 though). However, my general rule is that if I lose 3 hands in a row, I walk away. I usually never have to do that. Good luck!

For roulette I rock 17 and each corner. For a $10 min I would put $2 on 17 (35-1 odds) and $2 on each corner (8-1 odds)... pretty much repeat until I hit 17 on the dot and then cash out.

For a $10 hand, if it hits 13-21 (aside from 17) you'll get $16, which is usually enough to hold me over for enough hands for 17 to hit.

When 17 hits, that's $134. EZ MONEY.

I like 17, too. And 24. If I am feeling zealous I'll put a single chip on the 17 plus my regular splits. Did that with 24 once (plus had chips split on each end of the 24) and convinced everyone at the table to play 24, and it fucking hit. I left right then.

The thing with minimums, though, is that it's a $10 min inside and out, meaning you can't split the $10 between numbers and the outside bets.

Pai Gow Poker is a great game. You can sit at a table for an hour and not win or lose a dime. If they have bonuses, play those. I put more stock on the bonus than I do in trying to win with my hand.

Poker is an awesome game and its what I play about 8 hours of the day when I'm at a casino. Its kills time and overall, saves you some money as well. I can walk onto a no-limit table with $100 and play for 3 hours.

Roulette was not kind. However, I did find a Poker table (this was called Ultimate Texas Hold'em) where the entire table (only 6) played against the dealer. Did very well on that & having every player on your side too! Then I slept for 14 hours! FIRST time in truly 6 years I'm going back in....meaning SLEEP:woohoo

Well, so it doesn't get too boring, I play games from time to time.
It's fun for me, and on the other hand, I can earn a few euros from it.
