I recently purchased a pair of used TR on ebay for my husband and the stitching is coming loose on the inseam around the knee area. He said every time he sits down it looks like it is coming unraveled. Is this normal with wear? Is there any way I can have it reinforced? Anyone have any experience that can lend some advice? He is smitten with them and I want to make them last. Thanks!

If it's just the seem threads coming loose it should be super easy for a tailor to reinforce/repair them. I've seen some pretty impressive repairs before. Some tailors are like fabric magicians. I would check out yelp reviews to find a good one.
