Customer Service??

I have a pair of Paige that I bought from one of the sample sale sites about 5 months ago and the ass ripped. I'm really bummed...they weren't even tight fitting and I have no clue what happened to cause them to tear. Does anyone know if I have any recourse or if I'm just stuck??

Help please. Also, anyone with contact information they would like to share, that would be helpful. Thanks!

Although Paige should never rip like that, I think 5 months seems like way too long to complain to customer service. What pair of Paige were they, and which sample sale site?

that is really odd for them to rip like that, especially lagoon. it's a pretty sturdy wash. are you sure it wasn't blue lagoon? that's a straight to discount wash, so the quality isn't as good as the regular paiges.
can you check to see if there's a wash code on one of the tags on the jeans? i'm curious.
sorry they ripped.

WC091 Like I said, not exactly sure of the wash...my memory isn't all it's cracked up to be these days...I'm lucky to get out of the house on time and dressed from head to toe! LOL

i think 5 months is a bit long plus you got them from a sample sale instead of retail, but paige shouldn't rip like that. i think you must have received an off pair. i guess it wouldn't hurt to ask. i used to have contact info, but i can't find it. you could try emailing [email protected]

Thanks cat! It may be too long for them to do anything about it, and that's ok. I'm still disappointed by the pair tearing after what I consider to be a brief amount of time. I just feel like something that generally costs so much should last for longer...just my opinion. I don't expect them to do anything about them but at least I made note that there may be some defect in the fabric that way should the issue arise in the future for this particular pair there is another complaint out there.

Although, I wouldn't turn my nose up at a chance to get them replaced...not that it would happen...just sayin'.

That's no good--sorry.. That is super weird, though, I've got maybe a bazillion pairs of Paige (slight exaggeration) and I've never ever had quality issues like that--they last a loooong time. You should definitely contact them about the rip... you never know.
