Difference in the Sizes?

I am a 28 in Paige for the most part (except for that pair of LC's I have that are tight on my belly!)...if I love my 28 LC's but they could be a TINY bit more loose...then if I got a pair of 29's and tried to shrink them a bit, would they work? How much difference is there between the sizes in Paige? Anyone know? Is it a huge difference from one size to the next OR just a minimal? If so I may try these 29's since they are a great deal. Thoughts?

IMO it's pretty minimal. I am inbetween sizes (25/26) and if I buy a 25 I can stretch them, but a 26 I have to shrink. And they continue to shrink with washes (IMO) so you *should* be okay with a 29.

One thing I've noticed is that the rise changes slightly with the size... I had some LCs in 27 that stretched out too much, but when I tried the 26s, they fit in the butt/legs, but the rise was too low for me.

Same problem here....

I have a pair of Hidden Hills in 29 and they're perfect. But I just got a pair of Hollywood Hills in 29and they are tight in the waist (I'm guessing because Hidden Hills has a higher rise). But I wasn't sure if I got the Hollywood's in 30 if they'd be giant. The washes are both dark clean.

I bought a pair of Parasuco's once and they were snug and the sa was telling me "they stretch" and the next size up was huuuuge. Turns out I washed them once (cold water, no dryer) and they are now hanging in my closet, never worn. $150 down the drain.

yeah i guess it's better to have things be slightly larger and shrinkable than too small and not stretchable?!?! hehe.
