What size am I in Frankie B's? Please help!

Hi everyone!

I have never worn Frankie B's before, and have no idea what size I would be! I am usually between a 0 and a 1 (with measurements of about a 14" waist, 17" hips, and 7" thighs).

I've found my dream pair of Frankie B's, (Heart of Steel) but they are a size 4. I've heard Frankies run small, but I've also heard they stretch a lot. I want these jeans to fit me tightly, but I'm not sure if they will. The measurements don't seem to be too far off from other jeans I have, but I'm afraid they will stretch and be too big after a couple of hours.

I feel that I would squeeze into a 2 and they would soon stretch to my size, but I could be wrong. I've read that others around size 1 have had problems fitting size 2 Heart of Steel jeans over their thighs. Could someone with more experience with Frankie B's and maybe the Heart of Steel jeans themselves help me figure out if I should go for them or not? I can't afford to buy jeans that will end up falling off of me or looking sloppy rather than form-fitting.

Thanks so much for any help, advice, or suggestions you can give!!

Your measurements are pretty much the same as mine, and for me a size 4 would be huge on me. Heart of steel does run small, but I think a 2 would be a better option for you, IMO.

With 7" thighs you would probably be better off with a 0 in a stretch wash to fit your hips so the legs don't bag out.

These are measurements for a heart of Steel size 4 that are listed in the mall (by teenbeauty):

Due Note: the measurements were taken BEFORE I washed them, at their loosest
Inseam: 33.5" (not hemmed)
Front Rise: 6.5"
Back Rise: 9.8"
Waist Measurement Across: 14.5" (laying flat w/ dip) 15.5" (aligned)
Hip Measurement Across: 17.7" (taken at base of zipper)
Crotch to Thigh: 9.8"
Thigh Measurement (6" down from crotch): 7.5"
Width Across Knee: 6.2"
Width of Bottom of Leg: 6"

PS-----wait for Stacy (morbid_gray) she will know for sure.

Your the exact same measurements as me and I'm tts 0 or 23 in Frankie b jeans I own over 200 pairs of that brand alone and I only have a couple sz 2s but trust me sz 0/23 will fit you best. I own the heart of steels as well and they are sz 0

Thanks so much guys! I want these jeans soooo bad.. I'll just have to keep checking every day for them. Are the 0's and the 2's that different? If a good deal with a 2 ever came up, I don't know if I should pass on them and hold out for a 0. Again, I want these to fit tight, but I want to fit in them, you know?

If youre a 0/1 in mall brands I'd try 2s first. Mall brand 00s fall off me (or are rather loose), but I wear a frankie 0. There's not a huge difference from a 0 to a 2 in most styles (in fact, the slightest weight change will bump you up a size in Frankies much to my dismay this winter )

The measurements on Sarah's 4s actually don't sound that much bigger than yours, and she hasn't washed/dried them, so they'd probably shrink up a bit. With as hard as it is to find heart of steels, I'd probably give them a try, you can always resell if they don't fit. Just my opinion, I'm a tts 0 and have a pair of 4s in a style that I haven't been able to find in 0/2
