Watchers with a BIN / OBO?!

I dont understand this!
I have a pair of little girls juicy pants listed with a buy it now, or best offer, havent gotten one offer on it, yet there are watchers?

I have also lowered the starting Best offer TWICE!
Whats going on...i dont know what theyre watching for

anyone care to explain?

Maybe they are looking for other similar items for a better deal?

Or perhaps hey forgot to take it off their watch list?

Or they're just cheapies?

Sometimes, I will watch an item if I have something similar or the same to sell, just to see how much it goes for.

+1 I do the same.

How many watchers you have doesn't correlate with whether the item will sell or not in many cases - I had 10+ watchers on some items, with a bunch of questions and those items closed w/ out bids.

Definitely... I always feel guilty when I make impulse purchases so I will always wait a few days before buying or making an offer... lol.

I'm in the same boat as you though, I have several items for sale that have multiple watchers and no offers....

I hope at least ONE of my watchers is actually interested. What are the odds of having all watchers having kids juicy pants similar to mine? I guess it ain't that slim.. i just want there to be hope

I watch pretty much anything that catches my eye so that I can easily go back and look at it again. I have lots of things on my watch list right now that I have no intention of buying. I'm not actually "watching" them at all. They are just things I liked, so I clicked watch and eventually I will delete them off my ended list. Some of them I will look at again as it comes near the auction's end, and if I want them at that time and the price is right, I might buy them.

Same goes for me... I have to struggle to keep my watch list shorter than 100 items... and I usually only buy 1 or 2 a week (when I'm being good...)

I also watch items to see how high they sell if I have the same/similar to list...

But yeah, it drives me nuts, I have people watching most of the 30 items I have listed... but I bet they won't sell, haha. Just gives me an illusion of possible success...
