Do you have any more info for us? Have you paid? have they sent you the jeans? when did the auction finish? Are you contacting them because they haven't sent you the jeans?

A dispute would normally grab a sellers attention but people are very busy this time of year and maybe they haven't picked up your messages

paid on 7th.
not sure on what day i received them.
messaged seller on the 15th and 20th.

im contacting them cause i have a problems with the jeans and wanted to inquire about a partial refund. its not a huge deal. but i think that even if they want to deny me a refund. they should at least respond.

should i just wait and assume that the holidays have them distracted? mebbe im just too much in a rush about them.

No, they should have replied by now really. If they have been misrepresented then you will likely have a case for a 'not as described' claim, but I'm not sure if you'd need to send the jeans back for a full refund (hopefully Mike or someone will be able to tell you for sure)

If I were you, I'd probably wait until after the weekend, get christmas out of the way

i like the responses here better. i cant always seem to find the exact answers that i need on those searches. i figured these questions were the same as authenticity questions. that they could be asked frequently. ill stop posting questions if its that annoying. sorry.

If you search the forum paypal disputes have been discussed many times.

If the seller does not respond with in 24 hrs file a dispute. If the seller doesn't respond to a dispute in 24 hrs upgrade to a claim. If the seller doesn't respond to the claim you win ....

If you request a partial refund then that is what you will receive in MOST cases if the seller does not respond.

i think what she meant is that you yourself have posted a massive amount of threads all on pretty much on the exact same topic, and seem to have already gone through quite a number of Paypal claims. Yikes... i don't think i've ever seen someone with so many ebay issues

i havent actually filed claims on everything ive posted about. a lot of them have just been opinion questions cause i dont know if i was just too disappointed when i got something to think clearly. not all those listed are actual problems/questions. i was just starting out on ebay when i found this forum. so there was alot i didnt know. and for some reason the search feature never finds what im looking for. ill just look harder in the future i guess.
