Standard procedure with most companies is to authorize your card for the amount the moment you place your order. Then, upon shipping, your transaction is posted and therefore charged.
They have up to 30 days to post the charges to your account, after that, you can file a chargeback and win.
All of my orders with Revolve have been in "temporary transaction" prior to shipping. If you have a lame bank, you will not see these transactions. Most transactions that are not posted in around a week will result in your "available credit" increasing and not reflecting the fact that you have transactions yet to be posted.
