Any1 good with computers? *please*

Hey hey!
Ok so my ebay page will not load at all.. I thought my internet was down but everything else works! I tried loading it in internet explorer (i use firefox 3.4 usually) and it did not load properly (images and html etc) and came up with a script error that read, 'vjo is not defined'.

VJO?? whatttt? excuse me??

I thought it could be a script error and tried to fix javascript but nothing has worked.. I have run multiple tests to clean up my pc and remove any adware etc. I have done almost everything that involves clearing cookies/temp folders and useless crap clogging my pc.. Even tried reinstalling firefox twice.. I tried to restore my comp to an earlier time but i had my settings set so that it was not saving restore times so thats not an option. I am losing it here! hehe!

I am short of ideas and am now trying to hunt for my cd to reinstall windows altogether! (probably should, anyway)

Any help/ideas would be great! I am using windows XP version 5? on a dell..

Thankyou SO much!! xoxoxox

what page is it? Sounds like a glitch on ebay. I get script errors when I try to relist or edit hundreds of items at 1 time. I just stop the script and the page loads fine.

There is definitely no need to reformat your computer for this problem. You should contact eBay and see if there have been similar errors reported on the site.

Thankyou for answering.. Ebay loads on my laptop fine so i do not think it is eBay.. I have researched for days to see if this is a common problem and it does seem to affect a lot of people (most searches landed me in forum threads dating back to 04)

I think it is something to do with some kind of corruption or something? I am usually good with computers but i am self taught and do not know all the technocalities!

The status bar shows "" and just hangs...

I recently updated my Norton (paid to activate it as it had expired) and i think this is somehow correlated?
