Too short for flip flops

Hi
I needed an opinion,I just got a apir of COH Ingrids on Ebay and the were not accurate about the length. They are too short to wear with flats(falls right on the ankle & They are frayed,do you think they would look good with flip flops or sandals in the spring & summer or should I shorten them to capris?

I have a pair of COH that were hemmed to too short. I ended up taking them to a tailor and getting them hemmed to capri style. I love them. I wear them on the time it's the warmer months.

If you're really unhappy about them I'd send them back (file a dispute if the seller is unwilling to take them). If not, I'd ask for a partial refund because the description was inaccurate, and then hem them to capris if you want.

The description stated that were a perfect length for her and she is 5'3.5,
and I am 5".3 and they are too short.I guess I may not have a chance since she did not give the actual measurement.

^Oh ok yeah I'm pretty sure you don't have any grounds for any sort of refund then. Sounds like capris it is lol

That's not enough information to give an inseam length. People have all different leg lengths. Dojoqueen is 5'4.5 and wears a 33" inseam--in flats. I'm nearly 2 inches taller than her (just over 5'6) and wear a 30.5" inseam in flats...that's a 2.5" difference. Most people of my height should have a 32 or 33" inseam in flats; I just happen to be really top tall (got the short extremities gene from my dad's Italian side and my mom's long, thin Serbian torso!) If I told people "I'm 5'6 and these are perfect for me in flats" most of them would tell me that the jeans were too short. Next time get an exact inseam measurement!

I hate getting questions like, "I'm 5'4" do you think these will be long enough for me?" or reading listings that say, "I'm 5'6" and these are the perfect length for me." Seriously, how dense can some people be?

Yeah no kidding! The length of your legs is not dependent on how tall you are. I'm nearly 5'9 and yet my inseam is only 32"!
