Revolve Orders?

1) so i purchased these two items for one order on 11/23 and still to this day, it still hasn't shipped yet.. it's around 2 weeks already and the item still hasn't shipped, have you guys ever encountered this problem?

I remember ordering around Christmas time before and it still got shipped right away but i don't know what is up with the delay...

2) I sent Revolve 3 emails regarding a price match on one of my previous item.
It STILL hasn't been replied over the course of 2 weeks...? What's going on with Revolve?

Is it just me that I'm feeling that Revolve's reputation of excellent customer service and fast shipping are going downhill ?

they have always been super fast with me. my only wild ass guess is that they oversold themselves somehow & that's why you have the delay. normally they are pretty good about only selling what they actually have.

Well my last order didn't ship out for about a week, so that delay could be due to the huge sale?

I'm not sure why they wouldn't be answering your emails though...

yeah I ordered 1 thing a week ago and it hasnt shipped yet. I think there's a backup because of the sale

I just ordered too and mine actually did ship within 2 days (at least the label was printed according to their site...) but when I checked out there was a message that they are backed up over a week due to the sale so that may be why your shipment was delayed. I am surprised though that have not answered your emails. I got a reply on a Saturday...which surprised me.

1) Revolve Rocks
2) You will not find better customer service anywhere. So if you hate them, you have nothing but mediocrity to look forward to.
3) Waiting two weeks is silly when the company can be contacted easily via chat or telephone.
4) If you live in Toronto, don't worry, the army have been dispatched for mail emergencies.

I waited a week for an order to ship and got pissed so I ended up cancelling it. The orders I placed 2 days after that one shipped in 2 days.

I don't think their customer service is all that great anymore. I'm currently being disallowed to return something because it took over 30 days to get back to them. Never mind that it took two weeks to reach me.

Also I bought a pair of shoes that were supposed to be size 10, but turned out to be UK 10. Took three exchanged emails before I finally managed to convince the CS person that they have to be returned and they need to pay for return shipping. I asked her another question about issue after that, and she did not respond.

My sale orders each took about 1.5 weeks to ship. Also, they seem to have lost one of my items.

Also, they give conflicting reports of what codes they can and can not match. With some of the CS individuals obviously making up shit right on the spot.

Yeah, I totally hear you. Maybe it is just that I am used to such horrible service that I am so happy with theirs. My standards are indeed quite low.

I feel for you and OP that have had shitty luck with Revolve.

I emailed them yesterday at about 5 pm (about holding an item for me to do an exchange) and I had a response in my inbox this morning.

I love them because I get my orders the next day after they are shipped since I am not too far from them.

I agree... well, i guess it's a good thing that I'm not the only one on the boat since someone feels the same as me. Yet, it's a bad thing for both of us cause I still want Revolve to stay awesome.

I finally had the chance to call today and she said the orders are backed up and I"ll know by the end of today. That would suck if my items are OOS after waiting 2 freaking weeks. I ordered those right on the spot too...

After my 4th forward of my price match email, i finally got a refund.
There's my rant... Thanks guys.

Oh and one more thing for me is that I haven't even been getting the emails/notices about the Revolve Sales and and some Invoices for my purchases... which is really weird because I have always been on the email list and the CSR couldn't provide me with an explanation either

Are you done with that? That's so old and boring. Find yourself some new material.

OP wasn't complaining the time shipping took but after 2 weeks, her items haven't been shipped!

Revolve has always been awesome to me. I think it is better for sure if you live in the states.

were they preorders by any chance?? because i preordered a pair of TRs on revolve a few weeks back...and they were cancelled this past week because they miscalculated the number they had. i was so bummed but yeah whenever i order something in stock they usually ship right away..
