I had a dispute filed against me a few weeks ago for an item "not as described" and the buyer ended up winning.....Grr....makes me mad because I think it was just buyer's remorse, IMO! Anyway, She bought 2 pairs of toddler sized Rock and Republics from me and loved one pair but filed the dispute on the other. The transaction total for both pairs shipped was $100. Since she won, Paypal is telling me that once she ships the jeans back and there is verification that they made it to me, she is getting all $100 back, when it should only be $50! WTF? Does anyone know how I can contact them and set them straight? I used to have a phone number for them. Also, I haven't purchased anything with my account since then, so now it says I have a negative balance. Should I add the fees or just wait until I can get a hold of someone to set them straight? TIA
