I'm on the fence about that. Many of times people have BIN on here or bid on an item that a seller on ebay has said they priced low on accident and had no issue demanding the seller sell at that price.

I don't know what I would do. I'm guessing the buyer didn't know that it wasn't priced correctly, so it's not as if they meant to rip off Saks. Once I knew that, I would feel bad, though.

+1

A while ago someone on a music forum I frequent bought a $2000+ amp for $200 because the liquidating company selling it had no idea what it was worth, and wrote bad title that scared off buyers. Had I been the one to find it I sure as hell wouldn't have stopped to think about the ethical implications. I might feel bad if it was just some hapless individual making an honest mistake, but in either case these are major business operations. If they can't prevent things like this from happening thats their fault, I'm not going to go easy on them because they have bad corporate policy

I definitely would not return it. Especially if they decided to sue me. Sorry Saks, should've been more careful.

They should be fired. SA was hired to do a job .. and they FAILED. Mistakes like that are unacceptable. The SA should be knowledgeable about what they sell (but that is partially the companies fault since many of the people they hire are unqualified to be cleaning toilets).
