Well potato is one of the most, famous vegetable which have different uses Some people like to prepare different recipes,
from it and some of them make potato chips but one thing which i believe would also be in your mind that potatoes increase,
weight but what i like is mixing ingredients which are also good for health. So finally i think it, would be a good salad.

Potato is very flexible vegetable and it has many uses and good for salad and other diets and i like to eat potatoes in salad. With rice it also adds some taste.
Potato Salad is always a good side dish. Yes, others would claimed that it is not so healthy because of the mayonnaise though you could replace the dressings to make it one. How? Just cut out the amount of mayonnaise or use some vinaigrette dressing. It could be lesser fats and calories.
