Those have been worn. As far as washes go the seller didn't wear them like a pair of raw denim. The contrast would have been much greater, but the jeans don't look that dark so I can see wear you get the idea the seller washed them (maybe just washed regularly to reduce fading). Your best evidence is on the leather patch and around the waist. I sized down in mine and have almost the exact same stretches and marks. The only thing I can say is they don't have any drastic fades and still will fade till how you wear them, but I understand why you would be upset. Sorry man.

Those definitely look worn. I don't need to give you my reasons why because you did a great job of pointing everything out in your photos.

Yeah, they are worn at least 30 days plus. And they are washed at least 2-3 times. And first washing was just when start wearing them.

You did a great job on pointing out all points of stress and fadings.

The Jeansmuseum encourage people to wear their raw denim stuff as long as possible and best if never washed to keep their original raw denim colour. After their end of lifecycle, hang them on a wall, frame them or whatever, but just never throw them away. But if you wanna get rid of them at any time, then contact the Jeansmuseum, who offers a safe place for all your beloved favorite items, where they can survive forever in the real world not on the virtuel net only, what they really deserve after a long and hard life.
