True Religion 2% spandex are they old?

I just bought a bobby with 2% spandex, are they old TR? I just saw the tag and see the fabric and I am wondering if they are old or new style. I ve never seen 2% spandex TR. Thank you for your inputs.

I had this same problem except in the mens jeans, I bought a few which normall were 100% cotton, then I bought one from saks 5th ave outlet and noticed they fit differently. After closely inspecting them I realized it was the 98% cotton 2% spandex. Since it was at an outlet I would assume it's older.

i had a pair of older bobby's that had that blend and they wre def older..but more comfy than any other trs i own..wish i could find another in my size..they ran about 1 size small =)
