Alrighty

I bought a pair of bobbys ranchhand rigid( older style I assume)
I fit a 28 TR in everything, Sammys, joeys ect...rigid that is....
These bad boys are soooo tight, actually unwearable tight.( no I've laid off the Twinkies so its not me gaining weight)
my sunshines weren't even close to how these fit.

Do the older styles run smaller? It has the Brown leather patch as the belt label?

I think bobby's fit smaller in general, IMO

yes the older styles do run alot smaller. I am a 28 in pretty much everything too but I def can't pull off a size 28 in the older stuff, more like a 29 or 30 would work out.

they used to but lately I have been finding that they are running bigger. I have a 29 in bobby big t med clearwater and ordered a 29 in the sunshine saddle backs and they were huge. So then I got a 28 and even they were a tad big but doable after a wash. I returned them anyway to get a joey and then ended up with neither as the joeys didn't fit in a 28 (too small) and were too big in a 29. ACK!!

The older Bobby does run smaller, sorry. On a bright note, at least you are not getting bigger!!
