im wondering if it is normal for the stitching color to change for the same wash and style of true religions... Would i be able to buy the white stitching on revolve or anywhere else cheaper?

I have never seen those go on sale on the TR website but maybe they have at an outlet or retail store? Some online stores have coupon codes for like 15-30% off

i believe, it is normal. ive noticed different colored stitching options for the exact same wash and style just by sifting through the TR site.
