i would not have bid on those myself, too many clues have me suspecting a fake. the button isn't shaped right, the rear tag is too bright, the distressing is off, the material is too flat....they just don't look right.

MAN!! three opinions so far. And they're all "fake". What can the seller do to me if i dont pay for this now that i just found out that his jeans are fake.

remind him that selling fakes is illegal in the US

remind him that if he negs you for not paying that you will contact ebay with the reason why and draw as much attention as possible to his sales. ebay has been known to ban sellers if they are reported enough.
