The waist tag, much like the jeans them self, is a disgrace.
The wash is extremely grainy.
Tacking is terrible.
Horseshoes are really misshapen.

Much much more.

I am not an expert on these jeans and didn't really find that guide helpful. Can you be a little more specific? What is mishappen about the horseshoes? And what do you mean by the stitching? What do you think about the interior tags? I only paid $10 for them at a thrift store so I'm not out much, but I'm trying to learn so that I can pick out the fakes a little better. Thanks!

the little foil strip on the interior tag should have tiny little letters .... ( spelling out " security " ) .

Look at the serged inside back seam.

Should NEVER be serged back seam OR yoke seam.

Umm, thanks I think. I've posted several jeans to the other threads and never has a moderator tried to make me feel so stupid before. I am new to designer jeans and joined this forum to help me learn, not to be treated rudely for asking questions. Like I said thanks, kind of...

Did you NOT ask for specifics of what is fake about the jeans?
I am attempting to educate you at your own request, but you do not like that?

The guide that is under construction while it is very incomplete & outdated, could have helped you a little bit as well as taking a look at what is definitely real.
If you choose to take some sort of perceived offense when you ask a direct question and it is answered, then I do not know how we can help you.
