yeah, they are fairly worn looking. i have been looking for a pair of really broken in TR jeans to distress a lot and add some paint to.

Do you customize jeans?

They are not very worn, the appearance is the nature of that wash, which IS LDT as Linda said.

Distressing that pair will be more difficult as there is a stretch factor, and those do not distress the same way. The elastic factor in the fabric will make it harder to achieve what I think you may be looking for.

yes, from time to time i have been known to add some "distressing" as well as customizing to a really old pair of jeans that i have laying around for that "lived in" look that personally, i love. i have always loved the look of really worn jeans just to wear day to day or lounge around in. you know what i mean??

but now that luvapup alerted me to the "stretch factor" in these jeans, i agree that it would make it harded to achieve. i am going to have to find a different pair then w/o the stretch factor.

i am a new TR junkie to say the least!! i am not up on wash styles and blah blah blah. i am originally a SFAM girl at heart and just recently gave TR jeans a try and love them!! i am just now starting to get familiar with style and fabric codes...

i am a nurse and also paint as a hobby. it helps me unwind from my days to come home and paint. i am known to paint stuff on old jeans from time to time as well. i have never really been one to follow trends or not wear something b/c it is "over" or not in style. if it makes me happy that is all that matters i used to wear latex and rubber when i was in high school self expression is a beautiful thing personally, i love the oldies but goodies in all forms of life.

^i actually totally missed placing a bid on them tonight, they weren't meant to be i really want a pair of the old school TR destroyed joeys!! not to paint on or to do anything like that to!! i found some pairs on ebay that i need to come here and do an auth check for. if anybody has a pair to sell or knows where i can find some, please let me know!! SZ 30 or even 31!!
