As my introduction to TR jeans, I purchased 6 pair of TR jeans at a TR jean outlet in my home town. Out of the six pair of TR jeans, the style called the "DEAN" in the "OLD STONE" wash for MEN is the best fit for me in size 36 waist x 33 inseam. This pair requires no alterations. The other 5 styles in size 36 will need some sort of alteration in the waist. The 34" waist in those 5 styles was too tight.

My question is what other TR jeans style is similar to the "DEAN" as far as fit? This style is the perfect fit for me in size 36 and requires no alteration.

So the Jacobs are a relaxed straight leg TR jean like the Dean style. What are the various washes in the Jacobs? That style will be my next purchase.

yea, the washes are rinse (I prefer this)

note, that these have a 34 inch inseam (36 inches uncuffed) so it might be a little long for you, but I wouldn't worry about that

Well Jacob is going to be bootcut, I would recommend BUCK its another relaxed straight leg with an inch higher rise
