I just got a pair of true religion billy big t in bad ass wash which is raw denim. i am wondering how to work with raw denim. i heard that you should soak them first. there are also creases in them from how they were folded and i am wondering how to get rid of that. also, how should i store them? if i put them lying flat or folded don't more creases form?

I don't believe Bad Ass is raw denim. Those rigid creases are intentionally placed there and will not easily be smoothed out. It's a nice wash.

Try posting in the Dry Denim section.

There is a raw/dry denim subsection that has wonderful stickies and threads. Look in that area. But, you will not be able to obtain the same customized effect with your Billy in Bad Ass because it is simply not raw denim. Sorry!

BTW -- I have Nudies and Sling & Stones, and you do not soak those first. Pre-soak may be necessary for other dry denim though.
